Phase 2AGas Station & Drive Thru (Now Open / Winter 2025)

In the eagerly anticipated Phase 2 of the Chief Louis Crossing development, the landscape of convenience and accessibility takes a significant leap forward.

Welcoming a Petro-Canada Gas Station and Convenience Store, this expansion marks a strategic move towards comprehensive services for both locals and commuters. The inclusion of a well-equipped convenience store ensures that patrons not only have access to fuel but also a range of everyday essentials.

Simultaneously, in January 2025, a new Starbucks will add to a sense of community with a warm and welcoming café space, as well as convenience with both a drive-thru and Starbucks industry-leading Mobile Order & Pay feature. A range of Starbucks favourites, including handcrafted beverages, seasonal innovation, bakery and food items will be available for customers visiting the store.

Phase 2BBuilding B - Retail & Services (Winter 2025)

Phase 2B of the Chief Louis Crossing development is poised to usher in a new era of convenience and commercial sophistication, with the completion of a contemporary one-level building scheduled for occupancy in winter 2025.

This meticulously designed structure will host four generous tenant spaces, each spanning approximately 2,000 square feet. Within Tḱemlúps te Secwépemc lands, it will be a particularly attractive location for Indigenous entrepreneurs and service providers. Phase 3Building C – Retail, Restaurants & Services (Fall 2025)

Embarking on the transformative Phase 3 of the Chief Louis Crossing development, a striking two-storey commercial building is set to emerge, redefining the landscape with its innovative design. The ground floor of this structure is envisioned to accommodate a lead tenant. Next door, a crafted layout will accommodate five or six tenants in units spanning approximately 2,000 square feet each.

The pinnacle of the building, Level Two with units yet to be determined, will add an additional dimension, encompassing roughly 14,000 square feet of possible office space, but not limited to. Infusing elements of culturally relevant design, accessibility, and sustainability, this phase strives to harmonize aesthetics with functionality, offering a dynamic environment for businesses to flourish.
