Phase 1 Sweláps Market (Now Open)

Sweláps Market is more than just a grocery store – it is a proudly independent, full-service market offering a uniquely local shopping experience. Opened in Fall 2023, this 22,000 sq. ft. space is a cornerstone of Chief Louis Crossing, bringing fresh, high-quality Canadian products, locally sourced goods, and Indigenous gifts to the community.

Phase 2A New Additions at Chief Louis Crossing

We’re thrilled to welcome two exciting new spots: the TteS-owned Petro-Canada Gas Bar and Starbucks. With a Starbucks featuring a drive-thru and mobile pick-up, you can easily grab your favorite drinks on the go. Whether you’re fueling up or picking up a quick meal from M&M Express, you’ll find everything you need to make your visit simple and enjoyable.

Phase 2B Building B - Retail & Services

The third phase is filled and open for business with some fantastic additions!

We have a TteS-owned IDA Pharmacy, Yaki Joe’s Pizza, Sky Vapes, and a Cold Beer & Wine store, making it easier than ever to shop, dine, and enjoy everything we have to offer. With four spacious tenant spaces, this contemporary building will bring even more convenience to your visit!

Phase 3 Final Phase (Turnover Winter 2026)

We’ve officially kicked off Phase 3 with a brand-new two-story building at Chief Louis Crossing! This will bring even more shopping, dining, and services to the area. Each level spans approximately 14,000 sq. ft. and will transform the landscape of the complex.
