Project Objectives
- Minimize development costs and launch a professional medical
pharmacy in the spring of 2025.
- Position the business for financial success, employee satisfaction,
and patient satisfaction.
- Welcome and serve the needs of the Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc (TteS)
and surrounding community.
- Reinforce Secwépemc culture and facilitate culturally safe services.
- Recruit and onboard qualified, local employees with a priority focus
on TteS Member and Indigenous Peoples inclusion.
